An Update for Update’s Sake
I thought I would post a blog because… well, I’ve missed you.
Nothing much to report, except to say that I am awaiting a first pass on a budget and schedule for my latest “Fraggle” draft. This will give us a very good idea of where we stand and how possible it is to make the film I’ve written. This process has put me on the phone with Martin Baker, a cheerful Brit who has produced every Muppet Movie, which is pretty cool. I don’t think there are any Muppet shenanigans I could throw at Martin that would surprise him. It will be great to have experienced hands like his on this project.
Still awaiting notes on the last draft from the Henson and Weinstein camps, but I’ve gotten incredibly good vibes so far.
What else is happening… hmmm… turned 40. Got a haircut. Love Robert Downey as a black man.
