THE SOUNDTRACK
Q: What’s up with the “Hoodwinked” soundtrack? It’s not available anywhere.
A: Quite simply, our soundtrack CD is in the middle of a squabble between the executive producer (investor) and Ryko, the record label. Due to contract disputes, the CD was pulled off the shelves after a month of sales. I don’t even understand what the dispute is about anymore. All I know is that it was an awesome soundtrack and now nobody can get it (can you tell I’m frustrated?). Ryko created a beautiful product that we’re very proud of and it is very disappointing to me that fans cannot get it anymore. You may find it pre-owned, or it may get back in the stores soon. Keep checking. Just know that I am not to blame and yes, it ticks me off more than you know.<\/p>\n

THE SEQUEL
Q: Are you directing “Hoodwinked 2?”
A: No. My co-writers and I are almost finished with the script, but it is not a movie I am interested in directing, for many reasons. One, I have far too many other films I am more excited about making (“Hoodwinked” was the tip of the iceberg for me). I am also desperate to get out of the animation world and do some live-action. What I CAN tell you is that the story for “Hoodwinked 2” is much bigger in scope with bigger action scenes, and takes the franchise in a totally different direction.
